Frequently asked questions
Will I be seen on the same day?
We normally respond on the same day during clinic hours. Appointment availability depends on the type of emergency and the clinic's schedule; same-day treatment may be possible, but it is not guaranteed.
Do you treat emergencies for children?
Yes, DentCare treats both adults and children of all ages. If the emergency involves a child, please include their age and explain what happened when contacting us.
What are your regular clinic hours?
Monday to Friday 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–14:00, Sunday closed. For requests outside regular hours, send us a WhatsApp message — response and treatment will depend on availability.
A tooth was knocked out — what should I do?
Do not scrub it. Keep it in milk or saliva and message us straight away: the sooner it is treated, the better the chance of saving it.
Can I take anything while I get there?
Use the painkiller you normally tolerate and apply cold on the outside. Avoid heat on the area and never place aspirin directly on the gum.
